By placing an order on FOODSARTHI, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and delivery charges. The restaurant is the seller of record for the food items; FOODSARTHI is the technology platform that facilitates the order.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the restaurant accepts them. After acceptance, cancellations are at the restaurant's discretion and may incur a charge equal to the food cost.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse refund or chargeback mechanisms.

We store the minimum information needed to fulfil your order — your name, phone, delivery address, and order history. Payment instrument details are never stored by us; they live with Razorpay.

Your phone number is shared with the partner restaurant and delivery rider strictly for the duration of fulfilment.

You can request a full data export or account deletion at any time by contacting support. We honour deletion requests within 48 hours, subject to legal retention requirements for tax invoices.
